4:30 pm early registration opens on the secured fourth floor. You must be in line by 5:30 pm and both parties of the couple must be present to register. *****Early registration is for people that have already checked in at the hotel to cut down on the lines at the main registration at 7:45pm******

7:45 pm registration starts in the ballroom
8 pm DJ gets the party going with your favorite hits and bar opens
9 pm catered buffet will be served (included)
10 pm registration closes (late fee of $25 will be added after 10pm)
12: AM Champagne toast (included with your admission)
12:30 am we take the party to the secured floor and all the hospitality suites will be open to continue the party

New Year's Eve Ball - December 31, 2023
Join us as we send 2022 out with a bang with our New Years Eve Ball!! Come dressed in your formal and/or sexy outfits. The party downstairs will take place in the ballroom from 8 pm to 12:30 AM. We will also have a few hostesses from 8 to 9 pm that will help any new couples with meeting other couples. After we ring in the New Year, we will move the party to our secured 4th floor. On this secured floor we will have several hospitality suites open for fun.
This event will be held at the Courtyard By Marriott Newport News located at 530 St Johns Rd, Newport News, VA 23602.To reserve a room call the hotel at (757) 842-6212 press 0 to get the front desk and let them know you are with HRH and need a room for the 12/31/23 HRH Event....****** If she doesn't answer, leave a message and she will call you back. Let her you are with HRH and want a room for the December 31event. Hotel rate for this event is $135.00. Once again the secured floor has 32 rooms and rooms must be booked by December 1, 2022. If you need to cancel your reservations it must be done at least 72 hours before the event!
